HEALTH CARE CARD / KIDSPORT

Anyone with a health care card or who qualifies for KidSport firstly needs to:

- Apply for a voucher here (ensure you choose Mount Hawthorn Cardinals)

- Email registrar@cardies.club with the voucher code

- Await further instructions

NEW PLAYER

For new players, including new Year 3 players who have only played Auskick previously.

Registration will be pending until the registrar has verified the child's details by sighting a birth certificate or passport.

For players who are returning to the Cardies for the upcoming season. Returning players register with the same email as previously. If you no longer have access to the previous email, press 'contact support' while registering.

For players who have played for another club but want to join the Cardies for the upcoing season. Register an account and 'request a transfer' will appear. Click 'submit transfer' and admin from both clubs will be required to approve or deny. Once approved you will receive an email which will take you directly to PlayHQ to complete registration and pay fees.
